Superb vintage ticking in deep cobalt blue. It is a European damask fabric from around 1950 with a beautiful motif of large flower bouquets. This textile, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This extra soft cotton fabric is medium weight.

Good condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Pale fading.Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. With hand mendings. No eyelets. An exceptional piece! Fantastic old condition. A mending area in the central area.
