Beautiful vintage ticking with multicolored stripes. It is a European fabric of cuti twill (from the French “coutil”) from around 1950. This textile, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is light to medium weight cotton. It is a very cheerful fabric with a bright blue.

Good condition. Minor wear consistent with age and history. Original color. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. Both selvages preserved intact. Very large piece that can be very well used. Fantastic and very cheerful piece!
