Elegant vintage brown ticking with a floral motif. It is a European damask fabric manufactured around 1950 to make mattress covers. This fabric is unused. Very rare! A treasure from one of the last factories in the Mediterranean. It is made of cotton. Strong textile perfect for upholstery projects. A set of bouquets of different flowers are intertwined forming garlands. We see roses, bluebells, lily of the valley, etc. The brown thread gives a shiny satin look.
ROSARIO SAYS: "This motif would look beautiful on beautiful Napoleon III Style armchairs. It's as beautiful on the front as it is on the back."
