Splendid antique ticking in an intense Bordeaux color with a pattern of ladies and lovers. It is a European damask fabric from around 1950. This textile, recovered and freshly laundered, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is made of cotton.

CONDITION
Good condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. Both selvages preserved intact. Beautiful hand sewn back patches. Very large piece that can be very well used.
