Beautiful vintage ticking in a vivid golden orange color with a grape leaf motif. It is a European damask fabric manufactured around 1950 to make mattress covers. This fabric is unused. Very rare! A treasure from one of the last factories in the Mediterranean. It is made of cotton. Perfect textile for interior design projects.

CONDITION
Unused. Excellent condition. Original condition unaltered. This fabric is unwashed and has the original sizing. Selvages preserved intact. Two small weave imperfections in the form of a tiny darker thread, but that does not affect the integrity of the piece. Some pale storage marks on the back (since it was stored this way), but in excellent antique condition on the front Exquisite!
