Beautiful vintage ticking with green, gray and white stripes. It is a European fabric made around 1940 with herringbone weave (twill). This fabric has never been used. Very rare! A treasure from one of the last factories in the Mediterranean. It is a light to medium weight cotton. Beautiful for interior decoration. Perfect combination of green and gray tones.

CONDITION
Unused. Minor wear condition in consistent with age and history. This fabric is unwashed and has quite some sizing (starch). Selvages preserved intact. This fabric has some pale storage marks in the center folding line and a couple dotted through the piece. They may wash out but not fully disappear. Best for projects that can work in ~ 0,74 meter (29”) width increments e.g. sofa or chair seats, roman blinds up to that width, lampshades, pillows, etc! - otherwise the body of the piece is excellent and in lovely antique condition as factory original! All condition reflected in the price.
