Beautiful piece of vintage green and white ticking with a curious grape leaf motif. It is a European damask fabric from around 1940 that maintains the original satin finish. This textile, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is thick cotton with a soft touch. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc.

Good condition. Minor wear consistent with age and history. Original color. Some pale marks towards the side seams. A small tear towards the side seams. Authentic hand sewn eyelets.
