- Wonderful vintage Dijon yellow mattress fabric (ticking) with a chinoiserie motif: Here we see two talking couples, exotic birds, oriental buildings and even Mount Fuji (possibly) It is a European damask weave from around 1930. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, formed part of a mattress cover. This fabric is a medium weight cotton. Perfect textile for decoration projects, cushions, bags, etc.
