These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TICKING DEPOT's website, located at https://www.tickingdepot.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use TICKING DEPOT’s website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Finland. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all items included in the TICKING DEPOT website are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by phone or by email. We cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. We may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although we strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the website, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the website, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. We, however, reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site.
I. USE
Our products may not be used for textile / pattern reproduction. The products sold on our website are for personal use only, or for commercial use via repurposing or interior design. The products or their related images may not be used or purchased for design reproduction purposes, including, but not limited to, reproduction textiles, wall coverings, or other objects. The images and designs may not be reproduced. By using our website or purchasing from us, you abide by these terms and conditions.
1. PLACING AN ORDER
Please make sure that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been accepted by TICKING DEPOT.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, TICKING DEPOT will send you an automatic order confirmation via email to confirm that we have received your order and that we will start to control the availability of the order. Please note that the order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
3. ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, occur as a result from one of the following situations:
- The ordered product is out of stock
- Inability to obtain authorization of payment
- An error within the product information, including price or promotion
- Suspicion of any fraudulent activity
Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.
If we have already received a payment for the order we will refund the amount to you.
4. COLORS
TICKING DEPOT strives to describe the products at our website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. We cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
5. PAYMENT
TICKING DEPOT accepts payments through most major credit cards and payment providers, including Visa, Mastercard, CB, American Express, and PayPal. Our payment provider is Shopify, a payment service provided by Shopify International Ltd.
All the information exchanged is encrypted with the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). Paypal is certified PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) by Visa and Mastercard.
6. PRICES
To make it easier for our international customers, we offer the option to see our prices and checkout in most local currencies by selecting your country from the country menu in the footer. This estimated price uses the exchange rate given by our payment provider, Shopify, and may vary.
The price listed by TICKING DEPOT is based on EUR. Prices in other currencies may differ given the different currency conversions and export needs outside of the EU.
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and TICKING DEPOT is not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you.
If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order, we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled.
7. TAXES AND DUTIES
EU & UK
All orders shipped to the European Union and UK are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that the total price and shipping cost seen in the shopping cart during checkout include all taxes and duties. Your order will arrive directly to your door with no additional paperwork or payments due.
USA
USA Shipping: Starting Aug. 29th 2025 all applicable taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on our shop. All orders will be shipped DDP, with all taxes and duties paid for you. Parcels will arrive directly to your door with no additional payments or paperwork due.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
For all other countries, any local taxes and duties due to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to have your order shipped with all taxes and duties paid, please contact us before purchase and we will arrange it for you.
8. SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from Galicia, Spain. We send our orders with UPS and DHL. You will see available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs at checkout. For more details, please review our Shipping Policy here.
9. RETURNS
We hope that you will love your purchases very much, but if for any reason you would like to make a return, please email us at contact@tickingdepot.com. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date received.
To receive a refund (less original shipping costs), all returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and must include tracking. Please ensure that your package is protected, as all return shipments are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. Please note, for international orders, taxes and duties are non-refundable. Please allow up to 20 days from the receipt of the returned item for the refund to show.
If the products are being returned because they are damaged or incorrectly supplied then we will also refund the shipping costs.
Please note
All cut fabric is final sale and will not be accepted for return. This includes fabrics or textiles cut to order (items indicated as sold “per meter”) or any pillows, lampshades, or other products made to order. We most likely have samples available to you, should you like to ensure color and texture before purchase. Please contact us so we can help you.
Items sold during sales or promotions
Reduced items are final sales, ineligible for return, exchange, or store credits, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
10. LOSS & DAMAGES
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible. You should unpack and inspect your order immediately on delivery, and if your item is damaged, please ensure to take photos of the box. Please note that all of our products are antique and vintage and as such there may be slight variations and inherent imperfections in these items.
If TICKING DEPOT considers the products to be defective, one of the following remedies may be applicable:
- a full refund including shipping costs.
- repair of the defective product.
- replacing the defective product with a new product.
If your package has not arrived within the specified time, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the agreed delivery time. If we become aware that your shipment is for any reason delayed, we will contact you promptly to give you an update.
The estimated delivery time does not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Please note that goods lost or damaged in transit will only be insured up to US$100 per package for UPS and US$24 per kg. for DHL. If you wish to obtain additional insurance for high value orders, please contact us prior to or right after purchase so that we can arrange it for you for a minimal fee.
11. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will help you. Please note, we're unable to cancel an order once it has been prepared or shipped.
Unsuccessful delivery
Please note that packages that are not retrieved within 14 days may be returned to us. All fees in connection to unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer. Please note that if your package is returned because it is unclaimed, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.
Please make sure that the delivery address is correct as we cannot be responsible for issues that occur with your delivery due to the errors in the address provided. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will always aim to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.
12. PRIVACY
We respect your right to privacy. None of the information collected on this site will ever be shared, rented or sold with any outside parties for any marketing or other publicity purposes. Cookies are used automatically on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process.
Please note that data collected by this website are used to:
- Take and fulfill customer orders.
- Administer and improve the site and service provided by TICKING DEPOT.
- Arrange with third-parties for delivery of your purchases.

Unless otherwise stated, TICKING DEPOT and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on TICKING DEPOT. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from TICKING DEPOT for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

- Sell, rent or sub-license material from TICKING DEPOT
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from TICKING DEPOT
- Redistribute content from TICKING DEPOT

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
18. TICKING DEPOT’S RESPONSIBILITY
As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
TICKING DEPOT’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order, unless otherwise is stipulated by law.
In case of force majeure, TICKING DEPOT’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and TICKING DEPOT can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by TICKING DEPOT.
19. PROVISIONS
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; instead the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.
