- Charming vintage ticking fabric of a vivid French red color with a botanical motif. It is a European damask fabric manufactured circa 1950 to make mattress covers. This fabric has never been used. Very rare! A treasure from one of the last factories in the Mediterranean. and is medium weight cotton Dense textile perfect for upholstery projects, bags, decorative cushions, etc. Bouquets of heartened leaves and small flowers dot the whole fabric.
