Excellent condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. One intact selvage. Very nice hand-moldable texture. Specially soft fabric. Some pea sized holes in the selveges, the rest of the piece is impeccable. • How To Shop
  • Original vintage ticking fabric red and white with a Versailles motif. A hidden story of romance among gardens. It is a European damask fabric from around 1930. This piece, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is made of heavy cotton. Textile perfect for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc. The designs recall drawings and patterns of French fabrics such as The Toile de Jouy and the Indianas. It is especially soft and bright.

ROSARIO SAYS: "In my opinion, this fabric looks better than if it were new"
