- Superb vintage mattress fabric (ticking) in deep red color. It is a European damask fabric from around 1950 with a beautiful motif of large flower bouquets. This piece, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This extra soft cotton fabric is medium weight. Perfect textile for decoration projects, cushions, bags, etc.
