Good condition. Ticking in very good condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. The most special back patches - so beautiful and rare! Gorgeous piece and very usable. Only very few marks. One patched mending towards the side seams, otherwise perfect. This piece has aged beautifully.
- Beautiful vintage mattress fabric with light orange and gray stripes with some thin white stripes and dark blue. It is a European fabric of cuti twill (from the French “coutil”) from around 1950. This piece, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is light to medium weight cotton. Perfect textile for decoration projects, cushions, bags, etc. It is a very cheerful and lively fabric.
