Superb vintage ticking in deep cobalt blue. It is a European damask fabric from around 1950 with a beautiful motif of large flower bouquets. This textile, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This extra soft cotton fabric is medium weight.

#1 - 124 × 50 cm (49" × 20" / 0.55 yards)
#2 - 60 × 86 cm (24" × 34" / 0.94 yards)
#3 - 53 × 100 cm (21" × 40" / 1.11 yards)

CONDITION
Good condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. A few pale marks. For panel #4, the upper left corner is slightly irregular. Still very beautiful and usable. Lovely hand quality.
