Magnificent vintage latte brown ticking. It is a European damask fabric from the mid-1900s with a rose motif distributed throughout the fabric. This textile, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This cotton fabric is medium weight.

Unused. Excellent condition. Original condition unaltered. May have only extremely superficial marks consistent with age and history. Very nice hand-moldable texture. This fabric is unwashed and has the original sizing (starch). Selvages preserved intact. This textile does not have selvedges.
