Extraordinary antique Finnish ticking cover made of very rustic cotton and linen (linen tow) with gorgeous denim blue, brown, and cream white stripes. Woven on a handloom. It is a piece from the early 1900s. The cover can be used as is or it could be reworked for projects.

MEASUREMENTS
This piece is a cover of 53 × 87 cm. (20" × 35”) on each side. The complete length that could be achieved, if the cover is opened, is 53 × 174 cm. (20” × 70” / 1.94 yards) as it’s made like a sack.

CONDITION
Beautiful antique condition. A wonderful historical fabric. Some pale fading. A timeworn piece but with great value. Beautiful old patina. Extremely rare ticking.
