Magnificent vintage jungle green ticking. It is a European damask fabric from around 1930-1940. With an original and curious oriental motif. This textile, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is made of soft cotton is light weight. Mixed pattern, large flowers, flower trees, exotic birds, varied architectures such as pyramids, a castle a country house, etc. It's like a journey through many cultures.
I also have this same motif in blue, and various shades of pink.
