Beautiful vintage ticking with light blue and beige and gray stripes with some thin red stripes. It is a European fabric of cuti twill (from the French “coutil”) from around 1950. This textile, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is light to medium weight cotton. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, cushions, bags, etc.

CONDITION
#1 - Fair condition. Moderate wear consistent with age and history. Pale fading.Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. A small tear towards the top edge. No eyelets. Can be used continuously. It has the original tape seams on the top. Perfect for cushions!
#3 - Fair condition. Moderate wear consistent with age and history. Pale fading.Some pale marks towards the side seams. Slightly worn eyelets. The lower left corner is irregular in shape.
