Extraordinary cushions filled with feathers with a beautiful combination of brownish stripes, light gray and other very warm colored stripes, orange or red that give them luminosity. They are woven in twill, the warp being cotton yarn and the rustic wool weft of different shades. Bed textiles in brown or grey colours with different red stripes are very characteristic. Usually woven on manual looms about 50-60 cm wide. These pillows have been hand-sewn closed, a delicious old detail!

CONDITION
Good condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Moderate scuffing. Not at all perfect, but with the imperfections inherent in these beautiful antique textiles. Pillow #2 has the authentic patched closure in denim blue twill.
