Very rare vintage ticking in bright red color. It is a European damask fabric from the mid-1900s. With a clustered white flower pattern. This textile, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This light to medium weight cotton fabric is highly moldable. The white flowers are grouped into squares that are distributed throughout the fabric.
ROSARIO SAYS: "This kind of simple flowers give a Naif look to the fabric."
