Original and delicious vintage soft vivid red ticking. It is a European damask fabric from around 1960. This textile, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is heavy cotton. Perfect textile for upholstery projects, which require a strong fabric. The pattern is very original, it is presented with flower garlands and ribbons that surround delicate swans.

CONDITION
#1 - Good condition. Only light wear consistent with age and history but has no structural issues. Original color. Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. With the authentic brass eyelets. The swan pattern appears whole once and partially several times. Several lines of buttonholes.
#3 - Fair condition. Moderate wear consistent with age and history. Original color. Some small pea sized holes With the authentic brass eyelets. Both selvages preserved intact. Two slight rips to the side.
#4 - Fair condition. Moderate wear consistent with age and history. Original color. Minimal scuffing towards the bottom edge. A small tear towards the side seams. With the authentic brass eyelets. Both selvages preserved intact. A slight ripped to the side. The swan pattern is centered.
