Charming vintage ticking with mint green and pink stripes with some thin white and red lists. It is a European twill fabric called cutí (french "coutil") from around 1940. This textile, recovered and freshly washed, was part of a mattress cover. It's a medium-weight cotton fabric. It has a delicious combination of colors.

#1 - 60 × 145 cm (24" × 58" / 1.61 yards)
#2 - 60 × 150 cm (24" × 60" / 1.66 yards)

CONDITION
#1 - Distressed. Some prominent signs of wear: may have significant losses, fading or structural issues. Pale fading.towards the bottom edge. Minimal scuffing towards the side seams. Some small pea sized holes towards the side seams. Authentic hand sewn eyelets. Not at all perfect but with the imperfections often present in these beautiful antique textiles.
