Spectacular vintage ticking with red and white stripes. It is a European sateen cutí fabric (from the French “coutil”) from around 1950. This textile, recovered and recently washed, was part of a mattress cover. This fabric is light to medium weight cotton. It is a very cheerful fabric with a very bright strawberry red, which has kept its color despite the years.
ROSARIO SAYS: "We call this simple combination of colored and white stripes -standard- and we have it in many colors and shades"
